The official energy bar of RTS 6, 7, and 8 and 1999 UPA JRs NATIONALS is MOUNTAIN LIFT:

RTS-7-Saturday is almost completely full. RTS-7-Sunday NEEDS teams to get in checks for SUNDAY-COED and SUNDAY-OPEN, ASAP. Read below about more details.
The RTS tourneys fill quickly. RTS 7 will likely fill quickly, too. I don't much like picking and choosing which teams get in, and which ones don't. It is easier for me to just take the teams that confirm their bids with checks.
Btw, only teams that are listed as IN are actually IN. And just because the tourney looks full, it doesn't mean you should not send in a check. I haven't run a tourney yet where I haven't had opportunity to 'dip' to the waiting list in at least one division.

    About the Sunday-only divisions.
These will be run as a real one-day tourney. 9:30 captain's meeting; 10 am sharp first round start; point assessment and forfeiture of deposit for teams that are late to their first round. Teams are trusting me and each other that Sunday-only will not be a waste of time but will instead be a great opportunity to cheat the shortened Fall Series calendar and lack of fieldspace to get in an extra day of ultimate before sectionals. The charity will also be benefitting as well.

We will be providing water and bagels for SUNDAY ONLY divisions. We'll be a little wiped to duplicate all the niceties of the captain's kit that we do on SATURDAY; accordingly the tourney for SUNDAY ONLY will be $75 with a $25 deposit. That is: it's still $100 but $25 will be a refundable deposit on timely attendance, observation of park rules, and completion of all scheduled games. Note well: if you know you have to bail, let me know as soon as you can. Cancellation policies spelled out below. Running a 36- to 52-team tourney is a big fat hairy deal, esp. when you have all these divisions to match up. Thanks to everyone for their flexibility and understanding and on selling their teams on this idea of splitting the weekend into two better one-day tourneys will better matchups. - BPC 8/16/99

Payment: checks trump promises to pay. This tourney will likely fill,
so kindly get your checks in ASAP. I'll have a list of registered teams
up as checks roll in. Check due date: 8/21. My bet: the
tourney fills WAAAAAAAAAAY before then.

0. RAIN OR SHINE WE PLAY. However, if there has been substantial rain, then
the tournament may be cancelled. In that event, team contacts
would receive a partial refund (minus any expenses already incurred by the
tourney director).

NO ULTIMATE TIME. There will be no ultimate time at the tournament.
9:30 a.m. CAPTAIN'S MEETING
10:00 a.m. FIRST ROUND STARTS
12:00 noon FIRST ROUND ENDS
5:30 p.m. FIFTH ROUND STARTS
7:00 p.m. FIFTH ROUND ENDS (td or either captain may declare game OVER at or after 7PM)

There will be an end of round signal, discussed at the captain's meeting. It will likely be a LAST
POINT HORN, meaning finish the point being played. If that point results in a TIE, the goal counts twice.
The RTS Evil COMEBACK rule. Captains may set aside the COMEBACK portion of the rule; however, when the horn sounds that's the last point. Many games, many rounds, teams awaiting fields, travel teams needing to get on the road. Remember the end of the round while you're resting before starting your game. Plenty of time to rest at home! :)

Time permitting, games are to 13; finals are played to 15. Two time outs per half.

10 yard brick. Play pull where it lands in endzone; if pull rolls ob then the disc gets put into play at the front of the endzone at the spot closest to where it went ob.

Your team will likely have a FIRST ROUND GAME and a LAST ROUND GAME.
Expect to STAY AND PLAY all scheduled games. *Don't s***w anyone out of a game by leaving
early.*

NOTE WELL:
It's really really hard to schedule/publish first round byes in a one-day format. Sorry in advance for that unavoidable problem.

FORMAT: t/b/a
